Apiculture New Zealand has released its election manifesto outlining five key priorities for the incoming Government that will be elected on 23 September.
The five priorities are listed below:
- Strengthen biosecurity & research
- Underpin consumer trust and market confidence
- Grow our workforce and skills
- Stronger action on beehive and honey theft
- Implement a Commodity Levy to fund industry initiatives and programmes
