NOTICE OF SPECIAL GENERAL MEETING

ApiNZ will be holding a Special General Meeting on Wednesday 28 January 2026 at 12 noon. The purpose of the meeting is to:

  • Update members on progress with the industry leadership re-organisation.
  • Seek ApiNZ members’ approval for the proposed Constitutional changes required under the Incorporated Societies Act 2022 which takes effect on 5 April 2026. These are minor process changes that ensure ApiNZ can continue to operate while the industry leadership re-organisation process is completed.

We appreciate it is a busy time of year for members but urge you to attend the meeting given it will update members on the proposed direction of a new industry organisation.
