APINZ CONSTITUTION UPDATE

SPECIAL GENERAL MEETING

Thanks to those who attended the Special General Meeting in January, during the busy season. At the meeting we:

Updated members on progress with the industry leadership re-organisation.
Voted to approve the proposed Constitutional changes required under the Incorporated Societies Act 2022 which took effect on 5 April 2026. These were minor process changes that ensure ApiNZ can continue to operate while the industry leadership re-organisation process is completed.
