Apiculture New Zealand Terms of Trade

GENERAL

By using www.apinz.org.nz you agree that you have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions. All website transactions with Apiculture New Zealand will be in accordance with these terms and conditions.

Apiculture New Zealand Inc. has the discretion to decline any order placed or cancel any order for any reason. Whilst every effort is made to ensure prices are always correct on our website, mistakes can occur from time to time. If this is the case, Apiculture NZ will notify you of the error and you will then have the choice to either accept the correct price or to cancel your order. Transactions will appear on your credit card statement as Apiculture New Zealand for any transactions via Internet Banking and National Beekeeping Association via Payment Express (DPS) through this website.

All prices displayed on our website are in NZ dollars.

Apiculture NZ use Payment Express (DPS) for all online credit card payments. We do not collect or store any credit card information. When making a purchase you will be directed to a secure webpage hosted by DPS to enter your payment details. DPS is New Zealand’s largest and most preferred gateway provider.

DELIVERY/SHIPPING

We will endeavour to dispatch all orders received within 7 working days of receiving payment for your order.  If the requested product is out of stock, you will be notified and will be extended the option to cancel, change your order or wait for the product to become available.

Apiculture NZ use NZ Post for delivery of goods. We will only deliver to international destinations for those products that specify shipping outside New Zealand.

Please make sure your delivery address is correct – Apiculture NZ will not be responsible if your product doesn’t get to your address if it is inaccurate or not complete. Apiculture NZ is not liable for any shipping problems that are outside of our control.

REFUNDS/RETURNS

If you receive a product that is damaged or if you are unsatisfied with the product please contact Apiculture NZ within 7 days to request a replacement.  We expect the product to be returned to us ‘unused’, in its original packaging, using the same method as the initial delivery. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item. If your returns request is approved a replacement will be sent or a refund will be made.

PRIVACY POLICY

We respect your privacy. We will not disclose or sell your information, including information required for memberships, such as hive declarations.

In relation to membership, for example, ensuring you receive the benefits of regional hub meetings, or contact with your regional director, your address and contact information may be shared. This information will be restricted to contact details only and will only be used in connection with membership matters. This is will not be used for any purposes in relation to other organisations, for example, direct marketing.

Should you ever want your details removed from our database, simply let us know and we will process your request immediately.
