Honey and chia breakfast bowl
▪ 1/4 cup chia seeds
▪ 1 cup of fruit juice
▪ 1/2 cup berries (fresh or frozen)
▪ 1 heaped tablespoon of your favourite honey
▪ 1/2 cup of yoghurt
▪ 1/2 cup of whipped cream (optional)
▪ 1 grated apple
▪ nuts, dried fruit, seeds, extra fresh fruit or berries (optional)
- Mix the first four ingredients well, cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Stir and fold in the other ingredients to taste.
- Top with extra nuts, seeds, fruit or an extra drizzle of honey.
