Honey and chia breakfast bowl

▪ 1/4 cup chia seeds
▪ 1 cup of fruit juice
▪ 1/2 cup berries (fresh or frozen)
▪ 1 heaped tablespoon of your favourite honey
▪ 1/2 cup of yoghurt
▪ 1/2 cup of whipped cream (optional)
▪ 1 grated apple
▪ nuts, dried fruit, seeds, extra fresh fruit or berries (optional)


  1. Mix the first four ingredients well, cover and refrigerate overnight.
  2. Stir and fold in the other ingredients to taste.
  3. Top with extra nuts, seeds, fruit or an extra drizzle of honey.
